All are welcome to join our group workout sessions at Sports Lifestyle Centre. We feature a wide range of activities for our group workout sessions such as:

Increase your stamina, fitness and strength, ward off viral illnesses, reduce your health risks and manage chronic conditions.

Stretching workout
Improve your performance in physical activities, decrease your risk of injuries, help your joints move through their full range of motion.

Increase flexibility and protection from injury, improve athletic performance.

Relieve tension in your shoulders, back and legs, boosts your body’s natural ability to burn fat.

Strength & Conditioning*
Strength, Power, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Speed, Endurance will come to the full for
athletes and team players in state and national level.

Aqua Exercise
Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles, helps build strength, the impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of motion.
