TRACK & FIELD

Join our Track & Field programmes:

1. Little Athletics programme (Age 4-10 years old)
2. Youth Athletics programme (Age 11 – 16 years old)
3. High Performance (Age 17 years and above)

Time:
Every Wednesday 5-7pm and Saturday 4-6pm.

Location:
Venue 1: Queenstown Stadium
Venue 2: Yio Chu Kang Stadium

Our programme includes:
• Fundamental movement skills
• Athletic movement skills
• Track and Field
• Strength Training
• Speed, agility and quickness training
• Swimming for recovery
• Mental skills training by professional sport psychologist
• Physiotherapy by trained therapist

Athletes are put into age-group appropriate classes:

  • Stage 1: Fundamental Motor Skills Development (honing the basic motor skills for running, jumping and
    throwing) – for children 4-8 years old
  • Stage 2: Kids’ Developmental Athletics (broad based, multi-event approach) – for children 9-12 years old
  •  Stage 3: Youth Athletics I (event group training) – for teens 13-16 years old

  • Stage 4: Specialisation and High Performance – athletes aged 17 onwards
